Distributor Application

United-Tech, Inc. offers two types of marketing programs designed to cater to diversity and future growth potential. The differences between these programs are outlined below.

DISTRIBUTOR (EXCLUSIVE)

  • Receives a written Distributor Agreement, which includes the first right of refusal to the exclusive license for their geographical area, industries, and products before anyone else can license the specified exclusive area. Must be renewed each year or the distributor may lose the first right of refusal on the exclusive license.
  • Can grant sub-use to third parties as dealers.
  • Distributor required to submit next year volume projections to United-Tech, Inc. by the end of November.
  • Review of projections for next year is to be done by December between distributor and United-Tech, Inc.
  • United-Tech, Inc. refers to the distributor any end user customer leads it receives from the distributor’s area.
  • Buys United-Tech products at wholesale volume prices.
  • United-Tech, Inc. provides initial in-house or in field training (3-5 days) and ongoing technical support not only by fax, email and telephone, but also including any United-Tech personnel making onsite visits, with United-Tech charging just for actual expenses (airfare, hotel, meals, etc.). No hourly or daily consulting fees.
  • Distributorship can be canceled with 30-days notice for nonperformance or other violations.
  • Relabeling with languages other than English is approved after review by United-Tech, Inc.

LICENSEE (EXCLUSIVE)

  • The licensee prospect has to submit a marketing plan to United-Tech, Inc. to be approved by the licensee board.
  • Receives an exclusive geographical area and can set up distributors or dealers within their exclusive area.
  • Has the rights to United-Tech, Inc. liquid stabilization formula.
  • The licensee purchases United-Tech, Inc. products at a special low price available only to licensees, and the licensee has no per order purchase minimums.
  • United-Tech, Inc. provides initial in-house or in field training (3-5 days) and ongoing technical support not only by fax, email and telephone, but also including any United-Tech personnel making onsite visits, with United-Tech charging just for actual expenses (airfare, hotel, meals, etc.). No hourly or daily consulting fees.
  • United-Tech refers all prospective customer leads it receives in the licensee’s exclusive area directly to the licensee.
  • Receives a written license agreement that cannot be canceled unless nonperformance or other violations.
  • Licensee can repackage the dry formula from bulk product to smaller sizes with United-Tech’s approval.
  • Pays a one-time License Fee, front end, which is partially redeemable in United-Tech, Inc. products. This fee is established by United-Tech, Inc. Licensee Board based on market size, geographic area, and the number of United-Tech, Inc. products covered under the license.
